Raising Mindful Tweens & Teens

This course is designed for tweens and teens ages 11-16. Your tween or teen will learn how their thoughts and feelings affect their choices and behaviors, how to identify stressors in their bodies before they become overwhelmed and burnt out, how to identify emotions in themselves and others, and learn how to effectively cope in a healthy, loving, and kind way with the day to day stressors of school, friends, and families using mindfulness exercises.
